Late March to mid-April is the rapeseed golden season and the busiest — book early. May–June is lush green with rice planting; September–October brings the sun-drying harvest colours (chili red, corn gold). Autumn is the photographers' favourite for the drying racks. Summer is hot; winter is quiet, with occasional snow on the gables.
